During its inaugural year march 2024, the academy will be based in Istanbul, where students will reside in a private apartment complex designed to accommodate them throughout the semester. Upon completion of their studies, graduates will have the opportunity to apply for nationally residency permits in the United Arab Emirates, allowing them to work as freelancers in Dubai's free zones, such as Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City, which are specifically designed to support and attract foreign freelancers and entrepreneurs.
